When you join your local Real Estate Counsel
(REC), you connect with other professionals and reap the training,
networking and socializing benefits they bring. There are 18 RECs in the
state of Florida composed of members who run the gamut from commercial to
residential, from solo practitioner to large firm attorneys.
Each REC website contains a member’s only
section in addition to a public section for consumers. In the public
section, consumers will find information about buying or selling a home,
learn about the benefits of using an attorney and find a listing of all the
attorneys in their local REC.
